This Agreement is entered into by Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), the developer of the Rezi Ai app service (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”), and the person agreeing to these terms (“You” or “Your”), and governs Your access to and use of the Services.
For purposes of this Agreement, “User Submissions” means any information, content, files, text, prompts, instructions, resumes, cover-letter information, job descriptions, employment history, education, qualifications, skills, certifications, accomplishments, contact details, or other materials that You enter, paste, import, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services. “Outputs” means any resumes, summaries, bullet points, suggested wording, skills, recommendations, ATS scores, feedback, cover letters, analyses, templates, exported files, or other content generated, organized, displayed, or made available through the Services. User Submissions and Outputs may be referred to collectively as “Content.”
This Agreement is effective when You are presented with this Agreement and proceed to use the Services or to receive, view, save, copy, export, share, submit, or distribute any Content. These terms may be updated and presented again from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If You do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using the Services.
Rezi Ai is a resume-building and career-document assistance application. The Services may allow users to create a resume from scratch; import an existing PDF or DOCX resume; add, edit, organize, and format resume sections; generate or revise professional summaries and experience bullet points; improve grammar, clarity, tone, and wording; paste and analyze job descriptions; tailor resumes to particular opportunities; receive automated applicant-tracking-system-style scores (“ATS Scores”) and improvement feedback; create and save multiple resume versions; use resume templates; generate cover-letter text; and export resumes as PDF or DOCX files, depending on the user’s subscription plan and the features then offered.
The Services are intended to assist with drafting, editing, organization, and general preparation of resumes and cover letters. Rezi Ai is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, career counselor, attorney, credential evaluator, applicant tracking system, or representative of any employer, recruiter, job board, or applicant-tracking-system provider.
We are constantly improving the Services. The Services, features, templates, scoring methods, plan benefits, supported file formats, and usage limits are subject to modification and change. No guarantees are made with respect to the Services’ quality, stability, uptime, reliability, accuracy, availability, or continued operation. Please do not create any dependency on a particular feature, score, output, recommendation, template, storage function, plan benefit, usage level, export format, or availability of the Services. To the extent permitted by law, We will not be liable to You or any third party for harm caused by Your dependency on the Services.
By accessing the Services, You confirm that You are at least 18 years old and meet the minimum age of digital consent in Your country. The Services are intended only for adults. You may not use the Services if You are under 18 years old.
If You are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has accessed or used the Services, please contact Us so that We may take appropriate action.
The App does not require You to create a Rezi Ai account. Content is associated with the App installation and device on which it is created or imported, rather than with a Rezi Ai user account. Features, purchases, subscription status, and restoration of purchases may nevertheless depend on Your Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable platform account and the applicable platform’s rules.
You may provide personal and professional information through the Services, including Your name, contact information, employment history, education, skills, qualifications, certifications, accomplishments, imported resume files, pasted job descriptions, and other information included in application materials. Please see Our Privacy Policy for information concerning Our data practices.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness, lawfulness, ownership, permissions, and appropriateness of Your User Submissions. You represent and warrant that You own or have all rights, permissions, and lawful authority necessary to provide and use Your User Submissions through the Services.
You grant Love Power Up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, analyze, transmit, display, modify, format, convert, generate Outputs from, and export Your User Submissions solely as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. This may include parsing imported resumes, providing AI-assisted drafting, analyzing pasted job descriptions, calculating ATS Scores, generating cover-letter text, and creating PDF or DOCX exports.
Although Content is stored locally on Your device, the App may transmit User Submissions or portions of User Submissions to third-party artificial intelligence, document-processing, or other service providers as reasonably necessary to process Your requests and provide the Services. Local storage does not necessarily mean that all processing occurs on Your device. Additional information is provided in Our Privacy Policy.
Resumes and cover letters may contain personal information. You should include only information reasonably necessary for Your intended application. You should not submit passwords, financial account numbers, payment-card information, Social Security numbers or other government identification numbers, medical records, detailed health or disability information, immigration documents, biometric information, information concerning minors, or other highly sensitive information unless strictly necessary, You have the lawful right to do so, and You accept the associated risks.
You may not submit another person’s private, confidential, sensitive, or identifying information, including the contact information of references, supervisors, coworkers, customers, or clients, unless You have all necessary permissions and a lawful basis to do so. You are responsible for obtaining any required consent before including third-party information in Your Content.
You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying every resume, cover letter, and other Output before using or submitting it. You must confirm the accuracy of all employment dates, job titles, duties, accomplishments, numerical results, education, degrees, qualifications, licenses, certifications, skills, awards, publications, affiliations, contact information, work authorization, and other statements.
You may not use the Services to fabricate credentials, employment, education, skills, licenses, certifications, achievements, references, work authorization, or other material facts; impersonate another person; conceal or misrepresent identity; create false or deceptive application materials; or engage in employment, identity, or other fraud. AI-generated suggestions are not verification that a statement is true or appropriate to include.
You must not submit trade secrets, confidential employer information, nonpublic customer or client information, proprietary source code, protected business processes, information subject to a nondisclosure or confidentiality agreement, or any other information that You are not permitted to disclose. You are responsible for ensuring that descriptions of past projects, work, clients, accomplishments, and responsibilities comply with all contractual, professional, fiduciary, privacy, and legal obligations.
Rezi Ai may offer a free tier and paid subscription plans. The free tier may allow users to create, import, edit, save, and receive an ATS Score for a resume, subject to the features and limits displayed in the App. A paid subscription is required to export resumes as PDF or DOCX files.

The cover-letter builder is available only with an Ultimate or Yearly Pro subscription. Cover letters are provided as editable or copyable text; the App does not promise direct cover-letter export to PDF or DOCX unless that capability is expressly offered in the App.
All paid tiers include unlimited AI Assistant credits or AI generations while the applicable subscription is active. “Unlimited” means that no fixed numerical quota is ordinarily imposed for reasonable individual use; it does not mean unrestricted, infinite, automated, bulk, or continuously available use. Unlimited AI Assistant credits remain subject to reasonable practical, technical, security, capacity, fair-use, rate-limit, anti-abuse, and third-party-service limitations.
Yearly Pro may also be described as including unlimited resume creation. Unlimited resume creation and unlimited AI Assistant credits are separate benefits, and both remain subject to the practical limits described in these Terms. Current plan features, pricing, billing periods, practical limits, and availability are shown in the App before purchase and may vary by country, platform, currency, taxes, App Store settings, and time.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise required by the applicable app store or subscription platform. Your applicable platform account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You are responsible for managing and canceling Your subscription through Your Apple App Store account settings, Google Play account settings if offered in the future, or other applicable platform settings.
If You cancel a subscription, You will generally continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the then-current billing period, unless otherwise stated by the applicable app store or platform. After the subscription expires, access to paid features, including PDF and DOCX export and, where applicable, the cover-letter builder, may end or become restricted. Files that You successfully exported and saved outside the App before expiration will not be deleted by Rezi Ai merely because Your subscription ends.
Upgrades, downgrades, crossgrades, renewal dates, billing adjustments, prorated charges or credits, payment processing, refunds, and subscription restoration are administered by the applicable app store or platform and are subject to its rules. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused access, unused AI requests, unused analyses, unused cover-letter generations, unused exports, unused resume capacity, or accidental purchases, except where required by law or applicable app-store rules.
Each paid tier includes unlimited AI Assistant credits or AI generations while the applicable subscription remains active. This unlimited benefit is designed for reasonable, ordinary, individual use in creating and managing Your own career materials. It is not intended for automated, shared, bulk, resale, commercial-service, abusive, or unusually intensive use and does not guarantee that an unlimited number of requests can be submitted simultaneously, continuously, or within any particular period.
Yearly Pro may also be marketed or displayed as providing unlimited resume creation. Unlimited resume creation does not remove the practical limits that apply to AI Assistant credits, AI generations, or other uses of the Services.
We may apply reasonable practical limits, rate limits, temporary delays, throttling, anti-abuse controls, or other restrictions when use is unusually frequent, excessive, automated, shared, fraudulent, harmful, disruptive, disproportionately costly, inconsistent with ordinary individual use, or necessary to protect the Services, users, third parties, or service providers. Availability may also be affected by device capabilities, network conditions, technical capacity, safety systems, content moderation, maintenance, or third-party provider limits. We may contact a user, restrict a feature, or suspend or terminate access when We reasonably believe these Terms or applicable limits have been violated.
Unlimited AI Assistant access is available only during an active paid subscription and does not create a stored or banked balance of credits or generations. It does not accumulate, roll over, carry forward, become available retroactively, or transfer to another subscription period, plan, device, or person. Any separate finite allowance offered through a free tier, trial, promotion, or other feature expires at the end of its applicable usage period and does not roll over. AI Assistant credits, AI generations, and other usage benefits are not cash, stored value, or property rights and are not redeemable for money, refunds, additional subscription time, or other value except where required by law.
The App may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, language models, algorithms, or other automated technologies to generate or revise summaries, bullet points, skills, descriptions, recommendations, ATS Scores, feedback, cover letters, and other Outputs. AI-generated Outputs may contain errors and may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent, outdated, biased, generic, repetitive, misleading, inappropriate, or unsuitable for Your experience, qualifications, target position, profession, employer, jurisdiction, or intended use.
AI systems may misunderstand User Submissions or invent, exaggerate, omit, or incorrectly infer job duties, accomplishments, measurements, qualifications, skills, credentials, employer details, job requirements, recipient names, or other facts. You must independently review, edit, fact-check, and approve every Output before relying on, copying, exporting, sharing, or submitting it.
Some requests or Outputs may fail, be delayed, be unavailable, or be restricted by technical limitations, safety systems, content moderation, third-party service rules, or capacity constraints. We do not guarantee that an Output will match Your preferred tone, wording, format, length, industry conventions, application requirements, or intended meaning.
ATS Scores and related feedback are automated estimates provided solely for general informational and drafting assistance. Rezi Ai does not access, represent, control, operate, or reproduce every applicant tracking system used by employers, recruiters, job boards, or other organizations. Different systems may parse, score, rank, filter, or evaluate resumes differently, and employers may use undisclosed or changing criteria.
An ATS Score is not an official score from an employer or ATS provider and does not guarantee that a resume will be parsed correctly, satisfy any employer’s requirements, pass an automated screen, be reviewed by a person, receive a particular ranking, or lead to an interview or job offer. A higher score does not guarantee success, and a lower score does not mean that a resume will be rejected.
ATS Scores and recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or affected by formatting, imported-file quality, missing information, the pasted job description, scoring-method changes, or technical limitations. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow any recommendation and for reviewing the requirements and submission instructions for each opportunity.
The App may allow You to paste a job description so that the Services can suggest keywords, skills, wording, resume revisions, or cover-letter content. You represent that You have the right or lawful authority to provide and use any pasted job description through the Services.
We do not guarantee that the Services will identify every relevant keyword, skill, qualification, preference, responsibility, application instruction, or hiring criterion; correctly interpret the employer’s requirements; determine whether You are qualified; improve Your ranking; or confirm that the job description, employer, recruiter, or opportunity is accurate, legitimate, current, or available. You are responsible for independently reviewing the job description and investigating the opportunity.
Ultimate and Yearly Pro subscribers may use the cover-letter builder, subject to availability and practical limits. The App may use Your resume information, instructions, and pasted job description to generate cover-letter text tailored to a specific opportunity.
You must review and verify all employer names, recipient names, job titles, company information, qualifications, experience, accomplishments, statements of interest, availability, and contact details before copying or submitting a cover letter. The App may invent, misunderstand, or misstate such information. Cover-letter text is provided as drafting assistance and does not guarantee an interview, response, consideration, or employment outcome.
The Services do not guarantee that You will obtain employment, an interview, recruiter interest, employer consideration, a promotion, a particular salary or compensation, improved application results, ATS acceptance or ranking, or any other professional, financial, educational, personal, or commercial outcome. Hiring and employment decisions are made by independent third parties over whom We have no control.
No Output, ATS Score, recommendation, analysis, template, or feedback constitutes employment, career, legal, immigration, financial, tax, credentialing, licensing, or other professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether Your materials satisfy the requirements of each employer, recruiter, job board, profession, licensing authority, government agency, or other recipient.
As between You and Love Power Up, You retain ownership of Your original User Submissions, subject to the limited license granted in these Terms so that We can provide, maintain, secure, operate, troubleshoot, and improve the Services. Love Power Up does not claim ownership of Your original resume information, employment history, education, qualifications, pasted job descriptions, or other original materials merely because You use the Services.
Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party service-provider terms that may apply, You may use AI-generated text Outputs in Your own resumes, cover letters, and application materials. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and lawfully using all Outputs.
AI-generated Outputs may resemble common resume language, job descriptions, application materials, or Outputs generated for other users. We do not guarantee that any Output is unique, original, copyrightable, non-infringing, plagiarism-free, exclusive, or free from third-party claims. You are responsible for conducting any review that You consider necessary before using an Output.
The App may allow You to import existing resumes in PDF and DOCX formats. Importing and automated parsing may omit, alter, misidentify, rearrange, combine, or incorrectly interpret text, dates, headings, columns, tables, graphics, symbols, fonts, formatting, contact information, employment entries, education, skills, or other content. Password-protected, corrupted, unusually formatted, image-based, scanned, or incompatible files may not import correctly or at all.
You must review all imported information before using it or generating Outputs from it. We do not guarantee that an imported resume will preserve its original appearance, structure, completeness, or accuracy.
A paid subscription is required to export resumes as PDF or DOCX files. Export features, supported formats, formatting options, fonts, templates, file names, metadata, limits, and availability may be added, removed, changed, restricted, or discontinued, subject to applicable law and app-store requirements. Cover-letter Outputs are provided as text and are not promised as PDF or DOCX exports unless expressly offered in the App.
Exported files may not perfectly preserve formatting, structure, headings, columns, spacing, fonts, symbols, links, page breaks, colors, margins, metadata, or layout. DOCX files may appear differently in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Apple Pages, or other software. PDF rendering may vary by device, viewer, printer, or submission system. You are responsible for opening and reviewing every exported file before submitting, printing, sharing, or relying on it.
We are not responsible for formatting issues, inaccurate conversion, failed downloads, file corruption, incompatible files, missing content, metadata issues, or problems caused by third-party software, devices, job boards, applicant tracking systems, email providers, cloud-storage services, document viewers, word processors, printers, or other services.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, risks to the Services or others, or other lawful reasons.
You may not:
We reserve the right to investigate complaints or suspected violations and take lawful action that We deem appropriate, including restricting access, preserving relevant information, and reporting suspected unlawful activity to appropriate authorities or third parties when legally permitted or required.
Resumes, imported files, cover-letter text, pasted job descriptions, ATS Scores, feedback, saved versions, preferences, and other Content are stored locally on Your device. Rezi Ai does not provide a cloud account or promise cloud backup, cross-device synchronization, permanent storage, availability, integrity, preservation, exportability, or recoverability of locally stored Content.
You may delete individual resumes, cover letters, imported materials, or other locally stored items through available App controls. Deleting the App deletes all Content stored by the App on that device. Content may also be permanently lost if Your device is lost, damaged, replaced, reset, or corrupted; App data is cleared; local storage fails; an operating-system update causes an issue; or a file is deleted or corrupted. Reinstalling the App may not restore previously stored Content.
You are responsible for maintaining independent copies of resumes, cover letters, exported files, job descriptions, and any other Content You wish to keep. Rezi Ai should not be treated as the only copy or backup of any career or application material.
The Services may use or interact with third-party services, including artificial intelligence providers, language-model providers, document-processing and conversion providers, analytics providers, app stores, payment processors, and other vendors. Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, restrictions, safety systems, and technical limitations. We are not responsible for any third-party service, output, failure, delay, policy, content, decision, or action.
Love Power Up does not monitor all User Submissions and has no obligation to review, verify, validate, or confirm the accuracy, truthfulness, legality, originality, safety, consent, ownership, permissions, qualifications, credentials, employment history, job description, ATS Score, cover letter, export, or other Content. We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to reject, restrict, or remove Content or requests at Our discretion and as permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, ORIGINALITY, COMPATIBILITY, EXPORTABILITY, EMPLOYMENT SUITABILITY, ATS COMPATIBILITY, OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR JOB, EMPLOYER, PROFESSION, APPLICATION, OR SUBMISSION SYSTEM.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT ANY USER SUBMISSION WILL BE PARSED, STORED, PRESERVED, OR EXPORTED CORRECTLY; THAT ANY OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, TRUTHFUL, UNIQUE, LAWFUL, OR APPROPRIATE; OR THAT ANY ERROR OR DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Love Power Up, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, income, revenue, data, goodwill, use, opportunity, employment, compensation, business, or other intangible loss, arising out of or relating to:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOVE POWER UP’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (II) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU ARE MERELY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Love Power Up and its affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, service providers, and representatives from and against claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to: (a) Your User Submissions; (b) Your submission or use of information without necessary rights, permissions, or consent; (c) Your use, sharing, export, submission, distribution, or misuse of the Services or Content; (d) any false, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, confidential, or unlawful application material created or used by You; (e) any claim that Your User Submissions or use of Outputs violates another person’s rights; or (f) Your violation of these Terms or applicable law. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Love Power Up’s own conduct and indemnification is prohibited by applicable law.
Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration and limits the manner in which You may seek relief.
Before initiating arbitration, either party must give the other a written notice describing the nature and basis of the dispute and the requested relief. Notices to Love Power Up must be sent to support@lovepowerup.com. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days after receipt of the notice.
Except for disputes eligible for small claims court and requests for temporary or preliminary injunctive relief necessary to protect rights pending arbitration, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or the relationship between You and Love Power Up that is not resolved informally will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, as modified by these Terms and as in effect when the arbitration is filed. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable AAA rules, the AAA rules will control to the extent required to ensure a fair and enforceable consumer arbitration process.
The arbitration will be conducted by one neutral arbitrator in English. Hearings may be conducted by telephone, video conference, documents-only process, or in person as provided by the AAA rules and applicable law. Any in-person hearing will take place in Los Angeles County, California, unless the AAA rules, applicable law, or the arbitrator require or permit another location. Arbitration fees and costs will be allocated under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law. Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees unless the arbitrator awards fees under applicable law.
Either party may bring an individual claim in a court of competent jurisdiction that qualifies as small claims court rather than in arbitration, so long as the claim remains individual and within that court’s jurisdiction. Either party may also seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction when necessary to preserve the status quo or prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
CLASS-ACTION AND JURY-TRIAL WAIVER. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND LOVE POWER UP AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. THE ARBITRATOR MAY AWARD RELIEF ONLY TO THE INDIVIDUAL PARTY SEEKING RELIEF AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT NECESSARY TO RESOLVE THAT PARTY’S INDIVIDUAL CLAIM. YOU AND LOVE POWER UP WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
These Terms and any dispute will be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration provisions. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms deprives You of mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of Your place of residence.
Neither party will be liable for failure or delay in performance to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, terrorism, riots, pandemics, war, labor disputes, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, platform outages, app-store disruptions, device or operating-system failures, cloud-provider failures, artificial-intelligence provider failures, document-processing or export-provider failures, or other events beyond reasonable control.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without Our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, change of control, or by operation of law, subject to applicable law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented in connection with a particular feature or purchase, constitute the entire agreement between You and Love Power Up concerning the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements concerning the same subject matter. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory app-store terms applicable to a purchase, the mandatory app-store terms will control solely with respect to that conflict.
If You do not comply with a provision of these Terms and We do not take action immediately, that does not mean We waive any right. If any provision is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If the class-action waiver is finally determined to be unenforceable as to a particular claim or request for relief, that claim or request will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction after all arbitrable claims have been resolved, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
