This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), developer of the Rezi Ai app (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”).
As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means information that relates to, describes, identifies, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or household.
Definitions: Throughout this Policy, “You” or “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service. “User Content” means resumes, imported files, resume sections, contact details, employment and education information, skills, qualifications, certifications, accomplishments, prompts, instructions, pasted job descriptions, cover-letter information, and other content that You enter, import, paste, create, or submit through the App. “Generated Content” means professional summaries, bullet points, revisions, recommendations, ATS Scores, feedback, cover-letter text, and other results generated or displayed by the App.
Applicability: This Policy applies to Personal Data processed in connection with Rezi Ai, including: (i) resumes created in the App; (ii) PDF and DOCX resumes selected for import and text extracted from those files; (iii) names, contact details, employment history, education, skills, qualifications, certifications, licenses, achievements, and other information included in resumes or cover letters; (iv) prompts, instructions, and pasted job descriptions; (v) AI-generated or AI-assisted summaries, bullet points, revisions, recommendations, ATS Scores, feedback, and cover-letter text; (vi) locally stored resume versions, analyses, and other App history; (vii) subscription and entitlement information made available through Apple or another app store if supported in the future; (viii) practical-usage counters stored locally on the device; (ix) push-notification information if notifications are offered and enabled; (x) analytics and diagnostic information made available by Apple; and (xi) information You provide when contacting customer support.
Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational, or technical requirements, Our practices, or the Services. Please review this Policy periodically. When required by applicable law, We will provide notice of material changes through the App or by another appropriate method. If any change is unacceptable to You, You should stop using the Services.
Rezi Ai does not require or offer a Rezi Ai user account. You do not need to provide an email address, username, or password to create an account with Us. Your Apple App Store account, and any Google Play account that may be supported in the future, is maintained by the applicable platform and is not a Rezi Ai account.
Because there is no Rezi Ai account, the App does not provide cloud-based account synchronization or allow You to retrieve locally stored resumes and other User Content by signing in on another device.
The App stores User Content and Generated Content locally on Your device. Depending on the features You use, locally stored information may include:
Love Power Up does not maintain a cloud copy or cloud backup of this locally stored content. Content that remains exclusively on Your device is controlled by You and is not accessible to Love Power Up.
The App allows You to create, enter, organize, edit, and save information commonly included in resumes and cover letters. You decide what information to include. Resume content may identify You directly and may reveal professional, educational, and other personal information.
You are responsible for the information You choose to provide. You should include only information reasonably necessary for Your intended use. Do not include Social Security numbers or other government identification numbers, financial account numbers, payment-card details, passwords, medical records, detailed health or disability information, immigration documents, biometric information, information about minors, or other highly sensitive information unless strictly necessary, You have the lawful right to provide it, and You accept the associated risks.
You should not submit another person’s resume or private information without authorization. Do not include a reference’s, supervisor’s, coworker’s, customer’s, or client’s personal information without any required permission. You should not submit trade secrets, confidential employer information, proprietary source code, nonpublic customer information, information restricted by a nondisclosure agreement, or any content that You do not have the right to use.
You may select a PDF or DOCX resume for import. The raw PDF or DOCX file is processed and stored locally on Your device and is not uploaded to Love Power Up or OpenRouter merely because You import it. The App extracts text from the file locally so that You can review, edit, organize, and use that information in the App.
If You later request an AI-assisted feature, only the particular resume section, extracted text, prompt, instruction, or other content reasonably necessary for that request is transmitted for AI processing as described below. The raw imported PDF or DOCX file is not transmitted for AI processing.
When You request AI assistance, the App may transmit the particular resume section or text selected for processing, along with Your prompt, instructions, and any relevant pasted job-description text, directly from Your device to OpenRouter. Examples include requests to generate or revise a professional summary, improve an experience bullet point, suggest skills or keywords, adjust tone or clarity, or generate cover-letter text.
The App does not transmit an entire imported file merely because You request assistance with one section. Cover-letter generation may require the particular resume information, job-description text, employer information, job title, and instructions reasonably necessary to create the requested cover-letter text.
The App may analyze resume content and pasted job descriptions to generate an automated ATS Score, keyword suggestions, formatting observations, and other feedback. ATS analysis may use local processing, automated rules, artificial intelligence processing through OpenRouter, or a combination of these methods, depending on the feature and App version.
If an ATS-related feature requires off-device processing, the App transmits only the resume text, selected sections, pasted job-description text, instructions, and other information reasonably necessary to perform the requested analysis. The raw imported PDF or DOCX file is not transmitted. ATS Scores and related feedback are stored locally on Your device unless You delete them or the App.
ATS Scores are generated inferences or estimates based on resume content, job-description content, formatting information, keywords, and automated criteria. They are not official scores obtained from an employer or applicant-tracking-system provider and are not used by Love Power Up to make employment decisions about You.
Rezi Ai uses OpenRouter to route AI requests to an underlying artificial intelligence model provider. When You use an AI-assisted feature, the content described above is transmitted to OpenRouter and then to the model provider selected to generate the response. Love Power Up does not operate OpenRouter or the underlying model providers.
Love Power Up does not store Your AI prompts, submitted resume content, pasted job descriptions, or generated responses on its own servers and does not use them to train artificial intelligence models. Rezi Ai is configured not to authorize prompt or response logging or the use of submitted content for model training. We use OpenRouter privacy controls intended to route requests to providers that do not retain or train on submitted content.
OpenRouter states that it does not store prompt or response content by default unless logging or content-use settings are affirmatively enabled. OpenRouter may retain non-content request metadata, such as the model used, token counts, timestamps, latency, and cost or usage information. OpenRouter transmits requests to underlying model providers, whose processing practices and legal obligations may vary. For additional information, review OpenRouter’s Privacy Policy and applicable model-provider disclosures.
Despite Our privacy settings, OpenRouter or an underlying provider may process or preserve limited information when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by applicable law. You should not submit information through an AI feature that You are not comfortable having processed by OpenRouter and the applicable model provider.
The App may generate professional summaries, resume bullet points, skills, keyword suggestions, recommendations, ATS Scores, feedback, and cover-letter text based on the information You provide. Generated Content is returned to Your device and may be stored locally so that You can review, edit, reuse, copy, or incorporate it into Your materials.
Love Power Up does not maintain a cloud history of Your Generated Content. You can delete individual Generated Content and related locally stored items through available App controls.
If You purchase Premium, Ultimate, Yearly Pro, or another paid feature, Apple processes the purchase through Your Apple App Store account. Google Play may process purchases if the App is offered through Google Play in the future. The applicable app store may make purchase confirmation, product identifier, transaction identifier, subscription status, entitlement status, renewal status, cancellation status, expiration status, and related purchase information available to the App.
The App uses this information to verify access to paid features, including PDF and DOCX resume exports and, for eligible plans, the cover-letter builder. Subscription verification is performed through Apple or the applicable app store; Rezi Ai does not use a separate subscription-management provider.
Love Power Up does not receive or store full credit-card numbers, bank-account information, or complete payment credentials. Payments are processed by Apple or another applicable app store according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Paid features may be described as unlimited but remain subject to reasonable practical, technical, security, fair-use, capacity, and anti-abuse limits. Information used to count or manage Your use of resumes, AI requests, ATS analyses, imports, exports, cover-letter generations, or other features is stored locally on Your device. Love Power Up does not maintain a server-side user usage profile for this purpose.
If a feature or promotion includes an allowance that resets periodically, unused amounts may expire and not roll over. Local usage information may be reset or deleted when the applicable usage period ends, when You delete relevant App data, or when You delete the App.
Rezi Ai does not use a separate third-party analytics or crash-reporting provider. Apple may collect and make available certain aggregated analytics, performance information, crash reports, diagnostics, App Store statistics, purchase information, and related data according to Apple’s privacy practices and Your device and App Store settings.
Depending on the information Apple provides, diagnostic reports may include device model, operating-system version, App version, general feature or performance information, crash details, and other technical information. Love Power Up uses information made available by Apple to understand App performance, diagnose problems, improve features, prevent fraud, and support the Services. Love Power Up does not control the information Apple independently collects or the retention periods Apple applies.
The App may offer push notifications. If You choose to enable them, Apple Push Notification service and any infrastructure necessary to deliver the notification may process a device notification token and related technical information. Notifications may include resume reminders, feature notices, subscription-related notices, or other App-related communications.
You can decline notification permission or disable notifications at any time through Your device settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent You from using the App’s other features.
If You contact Us for support, We collect the information You voluntarily provide, such as Your email address, the contents of Your message, attachments, and information needed to understand and respond to Your request. Because there is no Rezi Ai account, We may not be able to identify Your App installation, retrieve locally stored content, or associate Your support request with a particular device or purchase unless You voluntarily provide relevant information.
We may use Personal Data and other information described in this Policy for the following purposes:

Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data. Love Power Up does not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as “sharing” is defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Rezi Ai does not display third-party advertising and does not use Personal Data to track You across apps, websites, or services owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
Resumes, imported files, extracted text, prompts, pasted job descriptions, ATS Scores, feedback, cover-letter text, Generated Content, saved versions, preferences, and practical-usage information are retained locally until You delete the applicable item, clear App data, or delete the App. Love Power Up cannot set a server-side retention period for information that remains exclusively on Your device because We do not possess or control it.
Love Power Up does not retain AI request content or generated responses on its own servers. Rezi Ai is configured not to enable OpenRouter prompt or response logging and not to permit use of User Content for model training. OpenRouter may retain non-content request metadata, and OpenRouter or underlying model providers may process or preserve limited information for security, abuse prevention, billing, legal compliance, or other purposes permitted by their policies and applicable law.
Apple or another applicable app store retains transaction, subscription, entitlement, analytics, diagnostic, and related information according to its own policies. Love Power Up retains any reports or records made available to Us only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services, verify entitlements, prevent fraud, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
We may retain support emails, attachments, and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to Your request, maintain support and business records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
You can review, edit, or delete individual resumes, imported files, resume versions, ATS analyses, pasted job descriptions, cover letters, and other locally stored content through the controls available in the App. Deleting the App deletes all Rezi Ai content stored locally by the App on that device.
Because Rezi Ai does not require an account and Love Power Up cannot access content that remains solely on Your device, Love Power Up generally cannot remotely access, correct, export, or delete Your locally stored content. You control that information directly through the App and Your device.
You may contact Us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data that Love Power Up actually retains, such as customer-support communications. We may need information sufficient to verify Your identity and locate the relevant record. We cannot fulfill requests for information that We do not possess or cannot reasonably identify. Information independently retained by Apple, OpenRouter, an underlying model provider, or another third party may be subject to that party’s privacy policy and request procedures.
Information stored exclusively on Your device is not transferred internationally by Love Power Up. When You request an AI-assisted or off-device ATS feature, the content necessary to provide that request may be processed by OpenRouter and an underlying model provider in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. Information sent to Us for support or made available through Apple may also be processed in the United States or other countries.
Privacy and data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws where You live. Where required, We use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of Personal Data under Our control.
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect Personal Data under Our control. However, no device, method of electronic storage, Internet transmission, or system is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for securing Your device, maintaining current device software, using appropriate device access controls, protecting exported files, and deciding what information to include in resumes, cover letters, pasted job descriptions, and AI requests. Information transmitted to OpenRouter, an underlying model provider, Apple, or another third party is also subject to that party’s security practices.
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18. If You are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a person under 18 has provided Personal Data through the Services, please contact Us. If We learn that We possess Personal Data from a person under 18 without lawful authorization, We will take reasonable steps to delete it.
The Services may contain links to apps, websites, job boards, or other services that are not operated by Us. If You follow a third-party link, the third party’s own privacy policy and practices apply.
We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, security, or practices of third-party apps, websites, platforms, employers, recruiters, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or other services.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last updated” date above. When required by applicable law, We will provide additional notice through the App or another appropriate method before a material change becomes effective.
You are advised to review this Policy periodically. Changes become effective when posted or on a later date stated in the updated Policy.
If You are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing Personal Data depends on the information and context. We generally process Personal Data where: (i) processing is necessary to perform a contract with You or provide a feature You request; (ii) You have provided consent; (iii) processing is necessary for Our legitimate interests, such as operating, securing, supporting, and improving the Services, and those interests are not overridden by Your rights; or (iv) processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
When You affirmatively request an AI-assisted or off-device ATS feature, We process and transmit the content reasonably necessary to provide that feature. You may decline to use those features. Locally stored content that is not submitted for off-device processing remains under Your control on Your device.
Where required, We use lawful mechanisms and appropriate safeguards for transfers of Personal Data outside the EEA, Switzerland, or UK, including contractual protections and other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
Subject to applicable law, You may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority. These rights apply only to Personal Data that Love Power Up possesses or controls; You manage locally stored content through the App or by deleting the App. To exercise applicable rights, contact support@lovepowerup.com.
This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act and implementing regulations (collectively, the “CCPA”), applies to Love Power Up’s processing.
Depending on how You use the Services, the categories of Personal Data processed may include:
We use these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in this Policy, including providing requested App features, processing AI and ATS requests, generating content, managing local App functionality, verifying subscriptions, delivering notifications, diagnosing problems, providing support, protecting security, preventing fraud, enforcing agreements, and complying with law.
Personal Data may come directly from You, from Your use of the App, from Apple or another applicable app store, or from service providers involved in processing a request. Categories of recipients may include OpenRouter and underlying model providers, Apple or another applicable app store, operational and legal service providers, parties involved in a business transfer, and authorities or other parties where disclosure is permitted or required by law.
Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data and does not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Love Power Up does not use or disclose sensitive Personal Data for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA. Rezi Ai does not display third-party advertising or use Personal Data for targeted advertising.
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to know and access Personal Data, receive information about collection and disclosure, correct inaccurate Personal Data, delete Personal Data, receive a portable copy of certain Personal Data, and not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
Locally stored content is not accessible to Love Power Up. You may review, edit, and delete that information directly through the App, and You may delete all locally stored App content by deleting the App. Privacy requests submitted to Love Power Up apply only to information that We actually possess or control.
To submit a verifiable consumer request, email support@lovepowerup.com. Your request must provide sufficient information for Us to reasonably verify Your identity or authority and understand the request. Because no Rezi Ai account is required, We may be unable to verify or locate records unless You provide information associated with a support communication, purchase, or other record held by Us. We will use verification information only for processing the request and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights concerning Personal Data, subject to applicable law and exceptions. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of Personal Data and to opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising, or profiling. Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data, use Personal Data for targeted advertising, or use Personal Data to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about users.
To exercise an applicable right regarding information Love Power Up actually possesses or controls, contact support@lovepowerup.com. You control locally stored content through the App and Your device.
