Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 9, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), developer and provider of the WePod - Random Facts mobile application (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”).
This Policy explains how information is handled when You use WePod - Random Facts. The App provides fact content across categories including Human Body, History, Animals, Life Hacks, For Kids, Sports, Science, and Space, together with features such as category browsing, Discovery, Favorites, Search for eligible Pro users, Home Screen widgets, fact sharing, and optional Daily Fact notifications.
No user account or login is required. Love Power Up does not operate a developer server that stores Your App activity, Favorites, searches, pinned facts, category selections, viewed-fact activity, notification preferences, or other ordinary in-App usage information. The facts available in the App are bundled or preloaded into the App, and the App reveals different fact sets according to its local functionality. The App does not use an AI service to generate or process Your facts, searches, or App activity.
As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual or device. “You” and “Your” mean the person accessing or using the Services.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App, Our practices, platform requirements, legal requirements, or third-party services. The updated Policy will be posted within the App, on Our website, or otherwise made available to You. When required by applicable law, We will provide additional notice or request consent.
2. Summary of Our Privacy Practices
- No account or login is required to use WePod - Random Facts.
- Love Power Up does not operate a developer server that stores Your ordinary App activity or user-specific fact data.
- Favorites, pinned-fact information, category preferences, free-tier usage information, notification preferences, App settings, and related App information are generally stored locally on Your device.
- Search is performed locally against fact content available in the App. Search terms are not sent to Love Power Up, a third-party search provider, or an AI provider.
- The App’s fact content is bundled or preloaded into the App. The App does not contact the third-party fact-content provider merely to display, browse, search, or rotate facts.
- The App does not use AI to generate or process facts, searches, Favorites, widget activity, or other user activity.
- Weekly, monthly, and yearly Pro subscriptions are currently processed through Apple. We do not receive or store Your full payment-card details.
- The App does not contain third-party advertising and does not use Personal Data for cross-app or cross-site tracking.
- The App does not use third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. We may receive analytics or diagnostic information made available by Apple through Apple’s services and Your device privacy choices.
- The App may request permission to provide Daily Fact notifications to eligible Pro users. Notification preferences are generally stored locally on Your device.
- When You choose to share a fact, the destination app or service You select may process the shared information under its own privacy practices.
3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
3.1 Favorites, Preferences, Usage Status, and App Data
The App may create and store the following information locally on Your device:
- Facts You save to Favorites;
- The fact, if any, that You pin for display in a Home Screen widget;
- Category selections, browsing preferences, or related App state;
- Information used to determine or enforce the free-tier allowance of fifteen (15) fact views per day across the App;
- Information indicating which categories are currently available to free users;
- Daily Fact notification preferences and related local scheduling information;
- App preferences and settings;
- Information needed for the Home Screen widget to display a pinned or automatically changing fact;
- Locally available fact content or related App state used to provide category browsing, Discovery, and Search; and
- Locally cached purchase, subscription, or Pro-entitlement status where applicable.
This information is used to provide App functionality, maintain Favorites, display facts, support Discovery and category browsing, perform Search, provide widget functionality, remember preferences, enforce the free-tier daily viewing allowance, provide Pro features, and honor notification choices.
Except for information processed by Apple or information You voluntarily send to Us as described elsewhere in this Policy, this locally stored App information remains on Your device and is not stored by Love Power Up on a developer-operated server.
3.2 Favorites
The App allows free and Pro users to save facts to a Favorites section. Favorites are generally stored locally on Your device and are not uploaded to a Love Power Up user account or developer-operated server.
3.3 Search
Eligible Pro users may search for specific topics within the fact content currently available through the App. Search is performed locally on Your device against fact content bundled or preloaded into the App. Search terms are not transmitted to Love Power Up, a third-party search service, or an AI provider.
The App does not provide server-side search of prior fact sets, and search activity is not used by Love Power Up to create a user profile.
3.4 Home Screen Widget
The App may allow You to display fact content in a Home Screen widget. You may be able to pin a particular fact for continued display or allow the widget to refresh automatically and display another fact. The widget may access locally stored App information needed to provide this functionality.
Love Power Up does not receive Your widget selections, pinned-fact choices, or widget-viewing activity through a developer-operated server.
3.5 Free-Tier Usage Status
Free users may access a limited selection of categories, which may change from time to time, and may view up to fifteen (15) facts per day across the App. The App may store local information needed to determine how many free fact views have been used during the applicable daily period and to enforce the daily allowance.
Free users may access the available pool of facts in the free categories over multiple days, subject to the fifteen-fact daily viewing limit. Once the daily allowance has been used, additional in-App fact viewing may be unavailable until the next reset.
The exact local technical implementation of free-tier usage status may change as the App evolves. Love Power Up does not use free-tier usage information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Fact Content and Third-Party Content Provider
The facts made available through the App are provided to Love Power Up by a third-party content provider and are bundled or preloaded into the App before distribution or release of the relevant App content.
The App does not transmit Your identity, searches, Favorites, browsing activity, pinned facts, widget activity, or other ordinary App usage information to the third-party fact-content provider merely because You view, browse, search, save, share, or otherwise interact with fact content.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App currently offers weekly, monthly, and yearly auto-renewable Pro subscriptions through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment information under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices. Love Power Up does not receive or store Your full credit-card number, debit-card number, bank-account information, or other complete payment credentials.
The App may receive or process limited purchase-related information made available through Apple, such as:
- Product or subscription identifier;
- Purchase or transaction confirmation;
- Receipt or transaction-validation information;
- Subscription status and expiration information;
- Renewal, cancellation, restoration, or refund status; and
- Entitlement to Pro features.
This information is used to validate purchases, restore purchases, determine access to Pro features, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal and platform requirements.
6. Apple Analytics and Diagnostic Information
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising-attribution, or crash-reporting software development kits. We may receive analytics, diagnostics, crash information, and usage information made available to developers by Apple, depending on Apple’s systems and Your device privacy and analytics settings.
Information made available by Apple may include App version, device model, operating-system version, crash logs, performance data, diagnostic information, and aggregated or limited usage information. We may use this information to diagnose problems, maintain security, understand technical performance, and improve the App.
Apple controls the collection and availability of Apple analytics and diagnostics under Apple’s own privacy practices and Your device settings. You may be able to manage analytics sharing through the privacy and analytics settings on Your Apple device.
7. Daily Fact Notifications
Eligible Pro users may opt in to receive a Daily Fact notification containing a complete random fact. Free users do not have access to this feature.
The App may request notification permission from iOS. Based on the App’s current design, the Daily Fact notification uses fact content already available on Your device and does not require a Love Power Up developer server to select or transmit the fact. Notification preferences and related scheduling information are generally maintained locally on Your device.
Apple and iOS control notification permissions, scheduling behavior, delivery availability, and related operating-system functionality. You may allow, restrict, or disable notifications through Your device settings. We do not use notification-related information for advertising or cross-app tracking.
8. Sharing Facts
The App may allow You to share a fact using sharing functionality provided by iOS. When You choose to share a fact, You control the destination, which may include Messages, Mail, social-media apps, or other apps or services available on Your device.
Once You direct information to another app, service, or recipient, that third party may process the shared information under its own terms and privacy practices. Love Power Up does not control how a recipient or third-party destination handles information that You choose to share.
9. Customer Support and Communications
The App itself does not require You to provide Love Power Up with Your name, email address, or other direct personal identifiers. If You contact Us for customer support or another reason, however, We may collect the information You voluntarily provide, which may include:
- Your name or email address;
- The content of Your message;
- Screenshots, attachments, or diagnostic details You choose to send;
- App version, device model, or operating-system information included in the request; and
- Purchase or subscription information needed to investigate a billing or access issue.
We use support information to respond to You, troubleshoot problems, investigate complaints, maintain security, prevent abuse, improve the App, and comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary for Us to address Your request.
10. How We Use Information
Depending on how You use the App, information handled through the App or made available to Us may be used to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the App;
- Present facts by category and through Discovery;
- Maintain Favorites locally on Your device;
- Perform local Search for eligible Pro users;
- Provide and refresh Home Screen widget content;
- Remember category, notification, and other App preferences;
- Track and enforce the free-tier fifteen-fact daily viewing allowance locally;
- Validate purchases, subscriptions, and Pro-feature access;
- Restore purchases and respond to billing or entitlement issues;
- Diagnose crashes, errors, and performance problems using information made available through Apple;
- Protect the integrity, security, and lawful operation of the Services;
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, automation, or circumvention of usage limits;
- Respond to customer-support requests and communications;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce Our agreements; and
- Create or use aggregated or deidentified technical information that does not reasonably identify You, where available.
11. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose or transmit information in the following limited circumstances:
- Apple: Apple processes App distribution, purchases, subscriptions, payment, purchase validation, analytics, diagnostics, and operating-system functionality under Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.
- User-directed sharing: When You choose to share a fact, the information is provided to the recipient, app, or service You select.
- Professional advisers and service providers: We may disclose limited information to lawyers, accountants, security advisers, or other providers when reasonably necessary to operate Our business, respond to a request, protect rights, or comply with law.
- Business transfers: Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
- Legal and safety purposes: We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests; enforce agreements; investigate fraud or abuse; protect the security or integrity of the Services; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Love Power Up, users, or others.
- With Your consent or direction: We may disclose information for another purpose when You consent to or direct the disclosure.
We do not sell Personal Data. We do not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and We do not use Personal Data to track You across apps or websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement.
12. Data Retention and Deletion
12.1 Local App Data
Favorites, pinned-fact information, category preferences, free-tier usage information, notification preferences, settings, locally cached entitlement information, and other locally stored App information may remain on Your device until removed through App functionality, deletion of the App, clearing App data where available, resetting or replacing the device, device backup or restore behavior, or loss or corruption of device storage.
Because Love Power Up does not maintain a developer-operated user account or server containing this local App information, We generally cannot remotely access, retrieve, correct, transfer, restore, or delete it on Your behalf.
12.2 Purchase and Subscription Information
Apple retains purchase and subscription information according to Apple’s own policies. The App may process or locally cache purchase and entitlement status as needed to provide Pro features, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with platform or legal requirements.
12.3 Apple Analytics and Diagnostics
Apple controls retention of analytics and diagnostic information collected through Apple’s systems. Any information made available to Love Power Up may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to diagnose issues, maintain security, improve the App, or comply with legal obligations.
12.4 Support Communications
We may retain support communications and related information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to You, maintain support records, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
12.5 Aggregated or Deidentified Information
We may retain aggregated or deidentified information for longer periods where it does not reasonably identify You and is not used to attempt to reidentify You.
13. Your Privacy Choices
Depending on Your device and applicable law, You may have the following choices:
- Manage Favorites, pinned facts, and other local App features through available App controls;
- Disable Daily Fact notifications through device settings;
- Manage Apple analytics-sharing choices through device settings;
- Stop using the App;
- Delete the App from Your device;
- Manage or cancel a subscription through Your Apple account settings; and
- Contact Us regarding Personal Data that Love Power Up actually possesses or controls.
Because the App does not require an account and ordinary App activity remains on Your device, Love Power Up generally cannot identify, access, retrieve, correct, transfer, restore, or delete Your locally stored Favorites, searches, pinned facts, category preferences, free-tier usage information, notification preferences, widget information, or settings on Your behalf.
14. International Data Processing and Transfers
Apple and other parties described in this Policy may process information in the United States or other countries where they or their service providers operate. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from those where You live.
Where required by applicable law, Personal Data transferred across national borders will be handled using an available lawful transfer mechanism or other safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information handled by Us. However, no device, software, storage method, service provider, or method of electronic transmission is completely secure, and We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your device, device passcode, Apple account, backups, and operating system. Anyone with access to Your unlocked device may be able to view locally stored App information, including Favorites or a pinned fact.
16. Users Under 18 and Children’s Privacy
WePod - Random Facts is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. The App is not intended for children under 13, and We do not knowingly offer the App to or intentionally collect Personal Data from children through the App.
The inclusion of a category called “For Kids” does not mean that the App itself is directed to or intended for children. Although content in that category is intended to be suitable for a broad audience, We do not guarantee that every item of content in that category, or elsewhere in the App, will be appropriate for every child or every user. The App does not provide parental controls or child-content filtering.
If You believe that a child has provided Personal Data to Us through a support communication or other direct contact, please contact Us at support@lovepowerup.com, and We will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
17. Apple and Third-Party Services
The App does not contain third-party advertising or third-party web links as part of its ordinary fact-browsing experience. The App does, however, rely on Apple for App Store distribution, purchases and subscriptions, analytics or diagnostics made available by Apple, and operating-system functionality.
If You use iOS sharing functionality to send a fact to another app, service, or person, the selected destination operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Love Power Up is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party services except to the extent required by applicable law.
18. California Privacy Rights
This section applies to California residents to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the “CCPA”), applies to Love Power Up and the information at issue.
Depending on how You use WePod - Random Facts and the information made available to Love Power Up, categories of Personal Data processed in connection with the App may include identifiers provided through customer support or Apple-provided transaction information; commercial information relating to subscriptions; internet or other electronic activity information, analytics, diagnostics, or technical information made available by Apple; and support communications or other information You voluntarily provide to Us. Favorites, search activity, pinned-fact information, category preferences, free-tier usage information, notification preferences, widget information, and ordinary App settings are generally stored only on Your device and are not maintained by Love Power Up on a developer-operated server.
Subject to the CCPA’s scope, exceptions, and verification requirements, California residents may have the right to:
- Know the categories and specific pieces of Personal Data collected about them;
- Know the categories of sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients associated with that Personal Data;
- Delete certain Personal Data;
- Correct inaccurate Personal Data;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data;
- Limit certain uses and disclosures of sensitive Personal Data where the right applies;
- Receive portable copies of certain Personal Data; and
- Receive equal service and treatment without unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data or share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because We do not engage in those practices for WePod - Random Facts, We do not provide a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link for the App.
You or an authorized agent may submit an applicable request by emailing support@lovepowerup.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the request and Your authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may deny or limit a request where an exception applies or where We cannot reasonably verify the request.
Most WePod - Random Facts user activity is stored only on Your device and is not accessible to Love Power Up. A privacy request sent to Us cannot cause Us to access, correct, export, or delete device-only information that We do not possess.
19. European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
If applicable data-protection law in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland applies, Our legal bases for processing Personal Data may include:
- Performance of a contract, including providing WePod - Random Facts, purchase entitlements, subscription features, and other requested App functionality;
- Our legitimate interests in operating, securing, supporting, troubleshooting, preventing abuse, enforcing free-use limitations, and improving WePod - Random Facts, provided those interests are not overridden by Your rights;
- Compliance with legal obligations;
- Protection of vital interests where applicable; and
- Your consent, where consent is required.
Subject to applicable law, You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; request data portability; withdraw consent; and complain to a competent data-protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
These rights apply to Personal Data that Love Power Up actually possesses or controls. Because ordinary WePod - Random Facts activity is stored only on Your device, these rights generally do not enable Us to access, correct, export, transfer, or delete Your locally stored Favorites, searches, pinned facts, category preferences, free-tier usage information, notification preferences, widget information, or settings on Your behalf. Information independently controlled by Apple or another third party may also be subject to that party’s own privacy practices and rights-request procedures.
20. Other Privacy Rights
Depending on where You live, other applicable privacy or data-protection laws may provide rights regarding Personal Data, which may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about certain disclosures or processing activities, subject to applicable exceptions and limitations.
These rights apply to Personal Data that Love Power Up possesses or controls. Because ordinary WePod - Random Facts activity is stored only on Your device, We generally cannot access, correct, transfer, or delete that information remotely on Your behalf.
To exercise an applicable privacy right regarding information that Love Power Up actually possesses or controls, contact support@lovepowerup.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to understand and verify Your request.
You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a privacy or data-protection authority with jurisdiction over You or Our processing, where applicable.
21. No Advertising, Sale, or Cross-App Tracking
The App does not display third-party advertising. Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data, does not share Personal Data for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not use Personal Data collected through WePod - Random Facts to track You across apps or websites owned by other companies, build advertising profiles, or deliver targeted advertising.
22. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy and update the “Last updated” date above. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Where required by law, We will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
23. Contact Us
If You have questions about this Policy or wish to exercise an applicable privacy right, contact Us at support@lovepowerup.com.
