This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to PJSK (the “App” or “Service”), which is operated by Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
PJSK is an entertainment app that allows eligible users to answer a quiz and use artificial intelligence to generate personalized, fictional anime-style sketches (“Sketches”). The App does not require or provide user accounts or login credentials.
As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means information that relates to, describes, identifies, or could reasonably be linked to an individual, directly or indirectly. “Usage Data” means technical or operational information generated through use of the App.
This Policy explains what information may be collected or processed through PJSK, how it is used, when it may be shared with third parties, and Your choices regarding that information.
Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational, technical, or business requirements. When required by applicable law, We will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
To generate a Sketch, You answer a series of quiz questions relating to matters such as personality, aesthetic preferences, and romantic or character preferences. Your quiz responses are used as inputs for AI generation.
Information processed in connection with Sketch generation may include:
PJSK does not provide a free-form image prompt feature. Sketch generation is based on the quiz and App-controlled generation instructions.
PJSK uses OpenRouter to facilitate AI Sketch generation. Information necessary to generate a Sketch, including quiz-derived generation inputs, is transmitted directly from the App to OpenRouter. OpenRouter may route a generation request to one or more downstream AI model providers. The resulting Sketch is returned to the App through the applicable AI-processing infrastructure.
Love Power Up does not operate a separate PJSK server or backend that stores Your quiz responses or generated Sketches. However, information transmitted for AI generation necessarily leaves Your device and is processed by OpenRouter and the applicable downstream model provider in order to perform the requested generation.
OpenRouter and downstream model providers may maintain technical, security, billing, abuse-prevention, compliance, or other operational records. Data-retention and model-training practices may vary depending on the model provider, endpoint, account settings, request settings, and applicable provider policies. Love Power Up does not control those third-party practices and does not promise that data submitted for AI generation will never be retained or used by a third-party provider. You should not provide sensitive or confidential information through the App.
Third-party AI-provider practices may change over time. Their handling of information is also subject to their own terms, privacy policies, data-processing rules, and technical configurations.
PJSK stores App-related information locally on Your device. Depending on Your use of the App, locally stored information may include quiz responses, generated Sketches, Sketch history, App preferences, subscription-feature eligibility information, and operational data needed to determine when Your next subscription-included Sketch is available.
Because PJSK does not provide user accounts, this locally stored App data is not maintained in a PJSK account and does not automatically synchronize across devices.
Deleting the App is the method provided by PJSK for deleting locally stored App data. Deleting the App does not delete copies of Sketches You separately saved to Your Photos library, Files, another app, social media, cloud storage, or another external location.
PJSK currently offers a weekly subscription through the Apple App Store. Active subscribers may also purchase additional one-time Sketch generations. PJSK may later be distributed through Google Play or another supported app marketplace.
Purchases are processed through the applicable app store or platform. Love Power Up does not receive or store Your full payment-card number or other complete payment credentials. We and/or the App may receive or process information necessary to verify and provide purchases and entitlements, such as subscription status, renewal or cancellation status, transaction or receipt information, purchase confirmation, entitlement status, and eligibility for paid features.
The App may locally store operational timestamps or status information necessary to administer the subscription benefit, including the time a qualifying Sketch was successfully created and the time at which the next included Sketch becomes available. This information is used to enforce the App's 24-hour Sketch availability rules and does not create a user account.
We may receive analytics, performance, purchase, crash, diagnostic, and related information made available to developers through Apple and App Store Connect. The specific information available may depend on Your device and Apple privacy settings.
PJSK does not use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party behavioral-tracking SDKs for targeted advertising.
If You contact Us at support@lovepowerup.com, We may collect the information You choose to include in Your email, such as Your email address, message, screenshots, device or purchase information, and any other information You voluntarily provide. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for Your support request.
PJSK may offer push notifications. If enabled, Apple Push Notification service or another platform notification service may process device-related notification information needed to deliver notifications. You can control notification permissions through Your device settings.
PJSK may allow You to save or share a generated Sketch using Apple's system features, such as the standard share sheet, photo-saving functionality, or other device-provided mechanisms. PJSK does not require broad access to Your entire photo library solely in order to save or share a Sketch.
If You save, export, share, post, transmit, or otherwise make a Sketch available outside PJSK, the copy outside the App may be handled by Apple, another app, a social-media service, a cloud-storage provider, a recipient, or another third party under that party's own privacy practices. Love Power Up cannot control how a Sketch is used, copied, stored, reposted, edited, distributed, or otherwise handled after You share or save it outside the App.

Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data for money and does not use PJSK data for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.
Local App data: Quiz responses, locally stored Sketches, history, preferences, and other App data stored by PJSK on Your device remain there until deleted by the App's normal operation, removed by the operating system, or deleted when You delete the App or clear applicable App data. PJSK does not provide an account-based server copy of this local data.
AI-processing data: Information submitted for Sketch generation is processed by OpenRouter and applicable downstream model providers. Their retention practices may vary and may depend on provider, model, endpoint, account settings, request settings, security requirements, and applicable law. Love Power Up does not control third-party retention periods.
App Store and transaction information: Apple or another applicable platform may retain purchase, subscription, receipt, analytics, diagnostic, and related information under its own policies. We may retain information made available to Us for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, support, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Support communications: Emails and information You send to support may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to Your request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce Our agreements, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Saved or shared copies: Deleting PJSK does not delete a Sketch that You separately saved to Photos, Files, cloud storage, social media, another app, or another external destination. You are responsible for deleting those external copies from the applicable service or location.
Third-party providers used by PJSK, including OpenRouter and downstream AI model providers, may process information in countries or regions different from the country or region where You live. Data-protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws in Your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, We will use appropriate safeguards for transfers of Personal Data for which Love Power Up is legally responsible.
We take reasonable measures designed to protect information associated with PJSK. However, no method of electronic storage or Internet transmission is completely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because AI generation requires transmission of quiz-derived information outside Your device, You should not use PJSK to submit information that You consider highly sensitive, confidential, proprietary, or subject to special legal protection.
PJSK is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children or minors. If You believe a minor has provided Personal Data to Us, please contact Us at support@lovepowerup.com.
PJSK depends on third-party services, including OpenRouter, downstream AI model providers, Apple, and other platform services. Those third parties may maintain their own privacy policies and terms. This Privacy Policy does not govern information a third party independently collects or controls under its own services.
The App may also contain links or functionality that directs You to third-party apps, websites, social networks, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
If You are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom (“UK”), and applicable data-protection law applies to Love Power Up's processing of Your Personal Data, Our legal basis for processing will depend on the information and context. Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on performance of a contract, Our legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations, or Your consent.
Subject to applicable law, You may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of processing of, or portability of Personal Data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with an applicable supervisory authority.
Because most PJSK App data is stored only on Your device and PJSK does not provide user accounts, We may not possess or be able to identify certain locally stored information about You. Deleting the App deletes PJSK's locally stored App data, subject to Your device and operating-system behavior.

This section applies to California residents to the extent California privacy law applies to Love Power Up and the Personal Data at issue.
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights that include the right to know or access certain Personal Data, request deletion, request correction of inaccurate Personal Data, opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Data where applicable, limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive Personal Data where applicable, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Love Power Up does not sell Personal Data for money and does not use PJSK data for cross-context behavioral advertising. If Our practices materially change, We will update this Policy and provide any choices required by applicable law.
Because PJSK does not provide user accounts and most App data is stored locally on Your device, We may not possess or be able to associate certain local App data with an identifiable consumer. Deleting the App is the method provided by PJSK to delete locally stored App data.
To submit an applicable California privacy request concerning Personal Data controlled by Love Power Up, email support@lovepowerup.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify Your request, identity, or authority to act for another person, as permitted by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised Policy will become effective when posted or otherwise made available, unless a later effective date is stated. We encourage You to review this Policy periodically.
When required by applicable law, We will provide additional notice or obtain consent before materially changing how We process Personal Data.
