This privacy policy (the “Policy”) applies to Love Power Up, LLC (“Love Power Up,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”), developer of the DFS Optimizer app (the “App,” “Service,” or “Services”).
As used in this Policy, “Personal Data” means any information that relates to, describes, or could be used to identify an individual, directly or indirectly.
Definitions: Throughout this Policy, “You” or “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. “Company” refers to Love Power Up, LLC. “Usage Data” refers to data collected automatically, either generated by use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
Applicability: This Policy applies to Personal Data that Love Power Up collects, uses, and discloses in connection with DFS Optimizer, including: (i) data collected through the Services; (ii) DFS platform selections, such as DraftKings or FanDuel; (iii) sport selections, such as MLB, NFL, NBA, or NHL; (iv) contest-style selections, such as Cash or GPP; (v) text prompts, lineup preferences, stack preferences, player lock or fade instructions, contrarian preferences, risk preferences, value preferences, and other optional details or parameters You choose to submit; (vi) AI-generated lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, pivot options, history records, timestamps, and other outputs generated by the App; (vii) daily lineup usage, subscription status, purchase confirmation information, and related entitlement information; (viii) data collected through improving, testing, and enhancing the App, including through anonymized and/or aggregated data as described in this Policy; (ix) data collected from customer support communications; and (x) data collected from third-party sources where applicable. When You make purchases, We use third-party payment processors or app store platforms to collect and process payment information. Love Power Up does not store the credit card or payment information You provide, only confirmation that payment was made and related subscription or entitlement status.
DFS Optimizer does not require You to upload photos, selfies, or other images in order to use the Service. The App does not require You to provide Your DraftKings, FanDuel, or other daily fantasy sports account login credentials, and You should not submit such credentials through the App.
Changes: We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, operational requirements, Our practices, and other factors. Please check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates. If any changes are unacceptable to You, You should cease using the Services. When required under applicable law, We will notify You of changes to this Privacy Policy.
While interacting with the Services, You may provide or We may collect certain information that could be used to contact or identify You, including:
The Service allows You to select or submit DFS-related information, which may include a DFS platform, sport, slate or game context, contest style, lineup preference, risk preference, stack preference, player lock instruction, player fade instruction, team preference, game preference, value preference, contrarian preference, notes about chalk or pivots, and other optional details or parameters. These selections, inputs, preferences, prompts, and related information are referred to in this Policy as “User Submissions.”
We collect and process User Submissions to provide the core functionality of the Service, including generating AI-powered DFS lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, pivot options, history records, daily lineup usage records, troubleshooting support, subscription entitlement enforcement, and Service improvements as described in this Policy.
You are responsible for the information You choose to submit. You should not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential information, third-party private information, medical records, financial account numbers, legal documents, passwords, government identification numbers, emergency information, DraftKings login credentials, FanDuel login credentials, or any information You do not want processed by the App or its service providers.
The Service may generate outputs based on Your DFS selections, User Submissions, App instructions, available sports data, and automated processing. These outputs may include DFS lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, stack notes, correlation notes, contrarian analysis, chalk analysis, value angles, salary-cap adjustment suggestions, pivot options, timestamps, and history records.
Generated outputs may be stored to provide history features, help You view prior lineup suggestions, enforce daily lineup allowances, verify subscription entitlements, improve the user experience, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, protect the lawful operation of the Service, and enhance the Service as described in this Policy.
If You purchase a subscription or other paid feature, We may receive information from the applicable app store or payment processor, such as purchase confirmation, subscription status, renewal status, cancellation status, expiration status, product ID, transaction identifiers, country or region, price tier, and related entitlement information. We use this information to provide paid features, verify subscription access, manage entitlements, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Subscription options may include, without limitation, monthly tiers that provide one lineup per day, two lineups per day, five lineups per day, or unlimited lineups per day, and a yearly option that provides unlimited lineups per day. Available plans, features, usage limits, trial offers, and promotions may vary by country, platform, App Store settings, currency, taxes, and time.
Love Power Up does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials. Payments are processed by third-party app store platforms or payment processors, such as Apple or Google, according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Usage Data may include information such as Your device type, operating system, app version, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, session activity, feature usage, selected DFS platform, selected sport, selected contest style, dates and times of App use, last lineup generation time, daily lineup usage count, whether a daily lineup allowance has been used or exhausted, whether You have unlimited daily lineup access, subscription entitlement status, crash logs, diagnostics, and other technical or analytics data.
We use daily lineup allowance data to operate the App’s subscription and usage-limit functionality, including determining how many lineups You may generate during a daily period, how many lineups You have generated during that period, whether You have reached Your daily limit, and when Your daily usage period resets. Available daily lineups do not accumulate or roll over for days You do not use the App or for days when You use fewer than Your available lineups.
The Service may use or receive information from third-party sports data sources, odds providers, schedule providers, fantasy sports data providers, sports news sources, analytics providers, or other vendors. Such information may include sports schedules, teams, games, player information, game context, odds or implied game information, injury or status information, projections, fantasy-related data, and other data used to support lineup generation and App functionality.
DFS Optimizer does not require Your DraftKings or FanDuel login credentials and is not designed to collect those credentials. DFS Optimizer may allow You to select DraftKings or FanDuel as DFS platforms for lineup-building context, but Love Power Up is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by DraftKings, FanDuel, or any professional sports league, team, player, player association, DFS operator, sportsbook, or contest provider.
If the App offers push notifications and You choose to enable them, We may collect and process notification tokens and related device information to send reminders, updates, slate-related notices, lineup-related notices, subscription-related notices, or other App-related communications. You can disable push notifications through Your device settings.
DFS Optimizer is intended to help generate DFS lineup suggestions and related strategy explanations. The App does not require You to submit medical records, financial account numbers, legal documents, government identification numbers, passwords, emergency information, DraftKings account credentials, FanDuel account credentials, or highly sensitive personal information, and You should not include such information in Your lineup requests or optional parameters.
DFS Optimizer is a fantasy sports research and lineup-building tool. It is not intended to provide legal, financial, tax, betting, gambling, investment, or other professional advice, and it does not operate DFS contests, accept wagers, process contest entries, or pay prizes.
We may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
The Service may use automated systems, artificial intelligence, machine learning, text generation, algorithms, or other automated technologies to process DFS platform selections, sport selections, contest-style selections, User Submissions, optional parameters, lineup history, available sports data, App instructions, usage data, and entitlement data. These systems may generate outputs including lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, stack notes, contrarian analysis, value angles, and pivot options.
We may use anonymized and/or aggregated data, including User Submissions, generated outputs, usage patterns, timestamps, selected DFS platforms, selected sports, selected contest styles, and related App data, to improve, test, evaluate, and enhance Our algorithms, models, systems, and Services. Such anonymized or aggregated data is intended not to identify You personally.
We do not intentionally use identifiable Personal Data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models without appropriate safeguards or as otherwise described in this Policy.
AI-generated lineup suggestions, explanations, and pivot options may be created using third-party AI service providers. Information processed by such providers may include Your DFS selections, User Submissions, optional parameters, App instructions, available sports data, and related technical or usage data reasonably necessary to provide the Services.
The Service is not intended to provide legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, betting advice, gambling advice, sportsbook advice, contest-entry advice, or any other professional advice. The Service does not operate fantasy sports contests, accept wagers, process contest entries, pay prizes, determine contest eligibility, determine whether DFS participation is lawful in Your jurisdiction, or create binding obligations. Lineup suggestions, explanations, and pivot options are generated for fantasy sports research, informational, and entertainment purposes and should not be treated as professional, financial, legal, betting, gambling, or guaranteed-result advice.
We may share Your Personal Data in the following situations:
You are responsible for the User Submissions You provide through the Service. You should not submit information that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, infringing, invasive of privacy, confidential, highly sensitive, or otherwise inappropriate. You should not submit private information about another person without permission, and You should not submit login credentials or passwords for DraftKings, FanDuel, or any other third-party service.
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Personal Data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.
User Submissions, DFS selections, optional parameters, generated lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, pivot options, timestamps, subscription status, entitlement data, daily lineup usage records, history records, and related outputs may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain Your history, enforce daily lineup allowances, improve the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce Our agreements and policies.
Lineup suggestions, explanations, pivot options, and history records may be stored persistently for use within the App and history features, but may be deleted upon deletion of the App or account closure, subject to technical limitations, device behavior, backups, legal obligations, and anonymized or aggregated data uses described in this Policy. We do not guarantee permanent storage, backup, availability, or recoverability of any lineup suggestion, explanation, pivot option, history, or other content.
Anonymized and/or aggregated data may be retained and used for analytics, research, system improvement, algorithm improvement, AI-related evaluation, and Service improvement, where such data is not intended to identify You personally.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when used to strengthen security or improve functionality, or where We are legally required to retain it longer.
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in other places where the parties involved in processing are located. This means information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside Your state, province, country, or other jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ from those in Your jurisdiction. Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. Information You submit in lineup requests or optional parameters may include personal details, preferences, or strategy information that You choose to provide. Where required, We rely on Your consent or another lawful basis to process such information for the App functionality You request.
When We share Personal Data of individuals in the EEA, Switzerland, or UK with third parties, We use legal mechanisms to safeguard the transfer, including European Commission-approved standard contractual clauses and additional safeguards where appropriate.
You may have rights to request access, correction, updates, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of Your Personal Data. Some information, including account credentials, payment-related confirmation data, subscription status, or sensitive details You choose to submit in lineup requests, may be considered sensitive personal information depending on applicable law and context.
We use such information to provide the Service, generate lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, and pivot options, maintain history, enforce daily lineup allowances, improve and secure the Service, process purchases through third-party payment processors or app stores, respond to requests, and comply with legal obligations.
California residents may have rights to know/access, delete, correct, and receive information about collection, use, disclosure, sharing, or sale of personal information, subject to applicable exceptions.
Love Power Up does not sell Your personal information, as defined under the CCPA. If in the future We sell or share Your personal information in a manner that requires an opt-out right, We will provide notice and a method to exercise that right.
We use sensitive personal information, if collected, for purposes reasonably necessary to provide the Service, generate requested lineup suggestions, player selection explanations, overall lineup construction explanations, and pivot options, maintain App functionality, protect security, comply with law, and otherwise as permitted by applicable law.
To exercise access, data portability, deletion, correction, or applicable opt-out rights, You may submit a verifiable consumer request by email to contact@lovepowerup.com.
A verifiable consumer request must provide sufficient information that allows Us to reasonably verify Your identity or authority to make the request and describe Your request with enough detail for Us to understand, evaluate, and respond. We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor's identity or authority.
We endeavor to respond to verifiable consumer requests within the time required by applicable law. If We require more time, We will inform You in writing of the extension period and reason. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a verifiable consumer request unless permitted by applicable law.
